What Is Covered
- Cracking, flaking or lifting of paint caused by materials or workmanship
- Delamination of gold, silver or copper leaf
- Canvas loosening or stretcher-bar warping under normal indoor conditions
- Yellowing or clouding of the protective varnish
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, impact, water, fire, pets or improper handling
- Fading or damage from prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat / humidity
- Damage from cleaning with chemicals, solvents or abrasive materials
- Alterations or restoration performed by third parties
Making a Claim
Email info@eternitypainting.com or call (305) 209-1370 with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos. If the issue is covered, we will professionally restore the painting at no charge — including insured shipping both ways — or, where restoration is not possible, offer a replacement work of equal value.
Caring for Your Painting
Hang away from direct sunlight, heating vents and high humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry brush. Never use water or cleaning products on the painted surface.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
