All orders ship free within the continental United States, fully insured for the complete purchase value from our studio to your door.
Processing Time
Paintings are professionally packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your artwork is on its way.
Delivery Time
- Standard (continental U.S.): 5–10 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories: 10–15 business days (shipping quoted at checkout)
- International: 2–4 weeks. Duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
Each painting is wrapped in acid-free glassine, protected with corner guards and foam, and shipped in a custom-built box or wooden crate depending on size.
Signature Required
Due to the value of each work, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
Damage in Transit
In the rare event your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all original packaging. We will arrange a professional restoration, replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
