14-Day Returns
You may return any original painting within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Conditions
- The artwork must be returned in the same condition it was received, undamaged and unaltered.
- It must be shipped in its original packaging, including the Certificate of Authenticity.
- Custom commissions and personalized works are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@eternitypainting.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We will send you a prepaid, insured return label and packing instructions.
- Once the artwork arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping within the continental U.S. is provided at no charge. International return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
